A vision board is a visual representation of what you want to feel, experience and have in your life. A digital vision board is created using your tablet or computer. Everything is put together in an online tool that helps you to arrange them in any format you like. While the traditional vision board uses magazines that you flip through to find pictures to cut and paste on a board, your digital vision board allows you to have access to a vast amount of free pictures that can be found online.
Yes, you definitely can! You will have access to a video tutorial that I've made for you which demonstrates how to navigate around the easy to use online tool. You'll be able to play around and practice before our workshop so you feel comfortable when it's time to dive in and get started.
The online tool that we are using allows you to do so many things with your digital vision board.....download it as an image so you can save as a phone or computer screensaver.....download it as a printable document....edit it as a slideshow. The online tool also has professional printing capabilities and you can order it as a poster or even on a canvas! Soooo many options:-)
We will all meet using the Zoom platform. A link will be sent to all registered ladies the day before the workshop.
The only thing that you will need is your electronic device. I suggest that you participate on your computer or tablet because it will be easier to navigate. But you can also use your phone to participate in the Zoom workshop and to complete your digital vision board.
That's the best part.....you don't need anything! You will be shown how to find all of your pictures online. However, you can definitely have your own pictures or magazine cut outs ready for use. During the tutorial (where I demonstrate how to use the online tool) I'll show you how to upload any personal pictures that you want to use.
During this LIVE, virtual workshop you will 1) create your digital vision board 2) set clear and achievable goals 3) create action steps to work toward the big win and 4) develop strategies for consistency and accountability. You will also receive on the spot coaching from Erica to guide you along the way:-)
Definitely! The way this workshop is structured is ideal for you. Most vision board events only focus on putting down the goals that you've already developed. However when I am facilitating a vision board workshop I start with the understanding that you're not quite sure what you want to focus on, help you identify what's keeping you stuck and show you how to give yourself permission to focus on you and what's important to you. That's why this is more than just a "party".....it's a workshop:-)
Now is the perfect time to focus on your vision and goals. The crisis doesn't drive your vision, but it may impact the action steps that you're taking to accomplish your goal. That's why a part of the workshop focuses on identifying potential challenges and obstacles that may come up and how you can adjust to manage the unexpected while retaining your focus on accomplishing your goals and vision. BTW...you can't go "back to normal" but you can decide how your "new normal" will look and feel.
